Location: Remote (Mainz) – Hours: 20 hours/week – Start: immediately

Are you communicative, curious, and eager to gain your first insights into Sales/Customer Operations?

Then become part of our team and support us as a working student (m/f/d) in Sales/Customer Operations!

Together, we work on identifying and qualifying new customer contacts, giving you the opportunity to actively help shape our sales processes.

Your tasks:

• Supporting the Sales and Customer Operations team in day-to-day activities

• Maintaining and updating customer data in our CRM system

• Assisting in the preparation of offers, contracts, and presentations

• Communicating with customers via email and phone

• Supporting the analysis of sales metrics and preparing reports

• Contributing to the optimization of internal processes

Your profile:

• Ongoing studies in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field

• Enjoys communication, has a good sense of customer needs, and presents professionally

• Structured and careful working style with a high level of reliability

• Interest in sales topics; initial experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus

• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken

• Confident in MS Office; ideally, some experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
