Internship Opportunity – Inventory Analysis & Process Improvement (6 months)
Location: ROLLE
Duration: 6 months
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for a motivated and analytical intern to join our Supply Chain team for a 6-month internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of inventory management, production planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze inventory data to identify risks of stock obsolescence and opportunities to optimize stock levels.
• Propose and implement action plans to mitigate expiry-related risks and reduce associated costs.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including the forecasting team, production planning, sales, quality, and formulation departments, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Contribute to improving planning processes by formalizing roles, responsibilities, and workflows (RACI matrices and process mapping).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain organization.

Your Profile:

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP systems. Data analysis tools and APS (DynaSys QaD, O9,   Kinaxis),…  is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Fluent in English and French.
