We are currently looking for a working student HR Business Partnering (m/f/d) to join our team in our Headquarter in Stuttgart! 

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Support in the re-design of HR processes and their documentation
• Support and preparation of internal communications
• Creation and evaluation of HR KPIs and reports
• Independent project work (e.g. trend topics)
• Preparing presentations and conducting research
• Your activities will also include working on day-to-day operational business and strategic HR issues

Show your expertise

• Studies in (business) psychology with a focus on human resources/organizational development or business administration with a focus on human resources
• Initial experience (e.g. through internships or practical projects) in human resources desirable
• Enjoys teamwork and communication
• Solution-oriented, self-reliant and structured way of working
• A high degree of reliability, flexibility and creative drive
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Good analytical and conceptual skills
• Confident handling of the MS Office package, in particular PowerPoint and Excel, gladly also further IT knowledge e.g. SuccessFactors
• Fluency in boith, German and English
