The position is in the marketing department, and it supports the global CRM Team in creating farmers interactions with KWS an easy, seamless, and personal experience.

This awaits you:

• Immerse yourself in the core of CRM project management, offering support to Salesforce users on a global scale.
• Contribute substantively to the training programs for colleagues worldwide, specializing in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud.
• Articulately construct advanced email templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, collaborating closely with esteemed international marketing professionals.
• Support our global key users in creating Marketing campaigns, internal newsletters, knowledge and best practices transfer towards our markets.
• Engage closely with external agencies, expanding your professional network and establishing meaningful connections.
• Contribute significantly to global analytics and research projects, gaining profound insights into the complexities of the international corporate landscape.

We look forward to:

• You are a registered student in the field of marketing, business economics, agronomy, or a comparable course of study for at least 24 more months.
• You are interested in CRM, Marketing and E-Commerce
• You have good user knowledge of Microsoft Office products; a first knowledge of analytics tools is an asset.
• You are structured and possess good organizational skills.
• You are proactive and have an independent way of working.
• You have a good command of English (written and spoken)
• German or another additional language is a plus.
