As one of the world's leading engineering partners, IAV is developing the mobility of the future. Our projects are characterized by agile methods, which we are continuously refining to make our organization more efficient and innovative. In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the organizational development of a large agile project and help shape the transformation of our working methods. Do you already have experience in project management or agile methods? Or have you taken your first lectures on (agile) project management during your studies? Then we look forward to your support throughout the entire project and to your ideas for the further development of our internal processes.

Your Tasks:

• You help establish innovative working methods to improve product development
• You ensure that customers receive their results reliably
• You act as a central point of contact for stakeholders and promote the flow of information
• You actively support the project organization in creating transparency
• You coordinate cadence-based planning and contribute to the agile development of the teams and the entire project organization

Necessary Skills:

• Current studies in the field of business, industrial, or organizational psychology or a comparable degree program
• Confident use of the MS Office package, especially PowerPoint and Word
• Strong communication skills in German and English, especially when moderating workshops

Desired Skills:

• Independent, structured way of working and a strong hands-on mentality – you take on tasks from the backlog independently and support the team with your commitment
• Willingness to take on responsibility and show initiative
• Strong team spirit, where working together, contributing ideas, and expressing creativity are second nature to you

Remuneration is based on our collective bargaining agreement and wage agreement. The current hourly wage for this position is EUR 17.52.
