München: Working Student Customer Care WDS (m/f/d)

JOIN OUR TEAMAs Working Student Customer Care for our Westwing Delivery Service, you will support our Customer Care team in their daily operations as well as with analytical tasks. You will work closely with senior team members in an international, dynamic environment and gain insights into the Customer Care business and its optimisation. This position is unlimited and based in Munich.WHAT YOU'LL DO

• support our Customer Care Managers in their daily operations
• contribute to KPI reporting and analysis
• identify and support optimisation opportunities
• help create information materials and guidelines for Customer Care Agents

YOU COME WITH

• enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (at least 4th semester), ideally in Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• strong communication skills in both German and English; a third language is a plus
• very good Excel skills and confidence working with data
• quick comprehension and strong analytical thinking
• an independent way of working paired with a hands-on mentality
• excellent time and task management skills
