Your responsibilities

• Du unterstützt aktiv im operativen Tagesgeschäft hinsichtlich vielfältiger Maßnahmen im Bereich der Führungskräfteentwicklung
• Du hilfst bei der Planung und Organisation von Coachings, Trainings und internen Events (u.a. Korrespondenz mit Teilnehmenden und Trainer:innen, Einladungsmanagement, Nachbereitung)
• Du unterstützt bei der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Diversity-Portfolios und der entsprechenden Produkte
• Du bist verantwortlich für die Eingabe, Pflege und Aufbereitung von Entwicklungsdaten in unserem IT-System und PowerPoint, sowie verantwortlich für diverse Reportings
• Du bringst Ideen bei aktuellen HR-Projekten ein

Your profile

• Du bist ein eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) der Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie oder Pädagogik mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal bzw. Erwachsenenbildung und hast bereits die ersten Semester erfolgreich abgeschlossen
• Zu Deinen Stärken zählst Du Dein hohes Engagement und Deine Freude an organisatorischen Tätigkeiten
• Du verfügst über eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und zeichnest Dich durch Deine hohe Verlässlichkeit und Teamorientierung aus
• Du bist bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und hast Freude daran, eigenverantwortlich als Mitglied eines Teams zu arbeiten
• Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen setzen wir ebenso voraus wie das Interesse, neue IT-Anwendungen kennenzulernen

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
