HR Student Worker – HR Administration & Records Support

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented HR Student Worker to support our local HR team in Frankfurt. This role plays an important part in the organisation and maintenance of personnel records and HR documentation, helping to ensure employee files are accurate, complete, and audit‑ready.
The position offers valuable hands‑on experience in HR administration, payroll‑related processes, and compliance‑focused work within a professional, international environment. It is well suited to a student with an interest in HR, business administration, or related fields who enjoys structured, methodical work and takes pride in accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
HR Documentation & Personnel Files
- Support the organisation, scanning, filing, and maintenance of employee personnel files
- Assist with reviewing existing records to ensure documentation is complete and correctly filed
- Help maintain accurate hardcopy and electronic HR records in line with internal standards
- Identify missing documents and support follow‑up actions where required
HR Administrative Support
- Manage daily incoming HR mail, including sorting and distributing documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
- Assist with maintaining orderly shared folders and HR record systems
Compliance & Audit Support
- Support preparation activities for payroll changes and statutory audits by ensuring HR records are up to date and accessible
- Work with HR colleagues to ensure documentation is well organised and ready for review
What We Are Looking For
- Enrolled student (e.g. HR, business administration, or similar field)
- Strong attention to detail and a structured working approach
- High level of reliability and discretion when handling confidential information
- Good organisational skills and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working with documents and basic systems (e.g. MS Office)
- Interest in HR, payroll, or administrative processes
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role
- Good communication skills in German and English language an advantage
