The Position

The Global Access Evidence Chapter develops end-to-end evidence generation supporting HTA and payers reimbursement applications around the world. Evidence Synthesis is the backbone of our evidence generation. The MSc internship will be located in the Evidence Synthesis team working in close collaboration with the Digitalization team. The student will be included in Chapter ceremonies.

The Opportunity

• Gain direct insights into a global Access function within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Apply your academic knowledge and skills to tackle a real-world professional challenge.

• Learn the end-to-end process of developing a manuscript for professional publication.

• Explore and implement AI-driven solutions specifically for access-related topics.

• Address three AI- and Access-related research topics suitable for a Master’s thesis.

• Deliver a publication-ready manuscript based on systematic reviews of EU JCA, HTA decisions, digital personas, and global submission strategies.

• Opportunity to work and live in Basel, Switzerland, for a duration of 4 months.

Who You Are

• A proactive and inquisitive team player with a genuine interest in our mission.

• You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Health Economics and Policy.

• An autonomous learner with a strong solution-oriented mindset.

• Eager to explore and master AI-driven tools; prior experience with Google Gemini is a distinct advantage.

• Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
