Your tasks
Would you like to gain practical experience in a dynamic, global environment? Then support our Corporate Communications department and become part of the exciting journey of actively shaping the future of Fissler. As a working student/intern in the Communication & Change department, you will be part of an agile team that drives corporate culture, communication and change management.
- Collaboration in the planning, creation and implementation of communication measures
- Collaboration in the development and implementation of change measures to promote change processes
- Creation of content (e.g. presentations, newsletters) and support in the development of new communication channels
- Supporting the organization and moderation of workshops and events
- Conducting research and benchmark analyses on current communication and change management trends
- Creation of training documents and guidelines
- Preparation of reports and presentations for various stakeholders
Your profile
- Degree in economics, social sciences, communication, psychology or a comparable course of study
- Interest in corporate communications, project management and change management topics
- Creativity in the development of communication materials and enjoy writing texts
- Organizational talent, analytical thinking and a proactive way of working
- Confident handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and experience with collaboration tools (e.g. Miro, MS Teams)
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
