Job Description

The Global Procurement Office (GPO) Center of Excellence at Advantest ensures the seamless procurement of components, optimizing processes and fostering supplier relationships. We drive cost-effective and efficient processes and tools and support Advantest’s regional procurement departments and the overall company strategies. As a working student, you’ll contribute to impactful projects, develop your skills, and gain valuable experience in a dynamic, diverse and global environment.

Your talks would be:

• Data analytics, compilation & manipulation
• Support in process design
• Conduct interviews and surveys
• Training material creation
• SharePoint maintenance (i.e. publishing content, …)
• Support in organizing and hosting meetings, …

Job Requirements

Data affinity, analytical, open-minded, process affinity desired, structured way of working

• Study, business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or similar subjects
• IT skills: MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint
• Soft Skills – HOW should the candidate work? (Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy in work, ability to work independently and as part of a team., …)
