What you'll do :

• You'll maintain and manage personnel files.
• You'll communicate in German and English (our business language), including cross-border communication with employees in our subsidiaries in the Philippines, Portugal, and Mexico.
• You'll work with various HR systems.
• You'll handle and process incoming mail.
• You'll prepare employment references.
• You'll support payroll processes.
• You'll assist with visa processes.
• You'll draft and modify employment contracts.
• You'll manage the onboarding and offboarding process.

• You have strong proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.

• This is a FOS Internship (Fachoberschule Praktikum) contract, you need to be enrolled at a german Fachhochschule to be able to apply. We are looking for someone available for a year, starting August 2025
