Düsseldorf: Internship Digital Platform & Challenge Management - Open Innovation

About this Position We are looking for a highly motivated Intern to support the team in the development of Digital platforms and Dashboards, as well in the management of Open Innovation Challenges. This role will provide hands-on experience in innovation management, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven decision-making.  
What youll do

• Develop our existing digital platforms and dashboards for data collection, visualization, and reporting for the team KPI
• Organize and maintain a database of identified start-ups and business opportunities/technologies through startup management tool
• Develop Proof of Concept dashboard to track Open Innovation projects and activities and host supplier collaboration platform
• Integrate various data sources into centralized platforms to ensure seamless data flow
• Document processes, data flow, and dashboard functionalities
• Manage service providers and facilitate on the Open Innovation challenges and events, including communication, coordination and follow-ups

What makes you a good fit

• Master’s student in the field of data analysis, innovation management, science or a related field
• Practical or international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad, is beneficial
• Proficiency in dashboard and data visualization tools, e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar
• Fluent English language and excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely in reports and presentations
• Organized and strong analytical skills with attention to details
• A general understanding of the start-up ecosystems and an interest in emerging technologies
• Ability to work independently and in a team, contributing to both research tasks and collaborative projects

We offer you an attractive salary between 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
