Your responsibilities:

  •  Support in communication to individual student and student speaker network
  •  Support with implementation of administrative processes when new processes are implemented
  •  Assist in co-organizing internal and external events
  •  Support in other research and teaching activities (inter alia programming of questionnaires, Data input, data collection and analysis, assistance in preparing publications)

Your profile:

  • Fluency in English. German is an asset.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, in writing and orally.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
  • Experience with AI-empowered tools is a plus.
