Who will you be joining?
This role is situated within Allianz's Group Accounting and Reporting (GAR) department, which is dedicated to optimizing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining precise financial records to enhance the company's cash flow and financial efficiency globally. The position is part of the SimpliFi Project, an initiative focused on streamlining and improving financial operations. The project aims to simplify complex processes, implement innovative solutions, and foster collaboration across departments. By leveraging advanced technology and data-driven strategies, the role contributes to optimizing workflows, reducing manual tasks, and delivering actionable insights that align with Allianz's strategic financial objectives. Key responsibilities include supporting budget timesheet tracking and consolidation, conducting data analysis, preparing reports, collaborating with team members on various project tasks, and performing other administrative duties as required.

What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university program related to Business, Finance, IT or a relevant field (min. 2 semesters)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus
