Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to a global company's commitment to ethical practices in its supply chain? Join HUGO BOSS as an intern in our Sustainable Supply Chain department and immerse yourself in the dynamic world of responsible sourcing and compliance. We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Sustainable Supply Chain team for a duration of 6 months, starting in May / June 2025. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various topics related to product compliance & environment.

What you can expect:

• Assist in various projects related to product compliance, packaging, and environmental sustainability
• Prepare presentation materials and decision templates for management review
• Contribute to the development of reporting tools for environmental initiatives in the supply chain, as well as for product compliance
• Take ownership of smaller sub-projects and drive them to completion by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and managing timelines
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance with HUGO BOSS standards in various areas of sustainability
• Assist with data analysis to support decision-making and team's projects 
• Conduct thorough research on various sustainability topics, including but not limited to environmental impact, resource efficiency, and new regulations

Your profile:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Environmental Sciences, Sustainability Management, or any sustainability-related field

• Passionate about sustainability and environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools

• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage responsibilities independently

• Excellent spoken and written English
