Berlin: Working Student - Workplace Technology (m,f,x)

The role

We're seeking a Working Student, Workplace IT Technology, to join our Global IT Support Team. This role will be our users' primary point of contact to support them with their daily IT issues and incidents.

As a Working Student, you will:

• Be proactive and approachable. Listen carefully to customer issues and work towards quick solutions.
• Create a great customer experience by keeping the Helpdesk area clean, tidy, and well-stocked.

Share what you learn.  Let the team know about recurring issues or trends you notice, and escalate tricky problems when necessary.

What you’ll do

• Cover our IT Helpdesk during our opening times by providing face-to-face IT support with a smile, answering questions and troubleshooting everyday tech problems.
• Help with things like password resets, meeting rooms, and printer issues.
• Keep track of what you do by logging all your help in our ticketing system.
• If things get too tricky, you'll know when to ask our senior IT team for help.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for laptops, printers, meeting rooms, and dashboards.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in customer-facing jobs is a big plus.
• A strong service orientation and a passion for providing excellent customer support.
• Familiarity with IT management tools such as Intune, Jamf, Snipe-IT, Jira Service Management, or Google Workspace is a plus.
• Excellent English language skills are essential. B1 German proficiency or higher is a plus.
