Our Global Service Line for Financial Business Services (FBS), with more than 1,000 colleagues worldwide, is looking for a motivated working student to support us in diverse and interesting projects related to financial services. Department Description & Job Purpose 

Allianz Services' Financial Business Services (FBS) provides a range of financial solutions to optimize and enhance the financial operations of Allianz entities globally. Our services include accounting, reporting, controlling, and financial analysis, tailored to the insurance industry. Leveraging advanced technology and a strong compliance framework, we ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory adherence. With a dedicated team and a global presence, Allianz Services FBS is committed to driving operational excellence and supporting the financial success of Allianz entities worldwide.

Key responsibilities 

•    Support in preparing materials for client meetings and presentations
•    Help in planning, coordinating, and executing projects to develop our service line
•    Help implement new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency
•    Conduct research on financial markets, industry trends, and best practices
•    Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data for reporting purposes
•    Handle any other tasks as assigned by the team to support the FBS line

Key requirements

•    Currently enrolled in university (preferred) in Economics, Business Administration with focus on finance, controlling or similar
•    MS Office skills (esp. MS PowerPoint and MS Excel)
•    Structured, dedicated and eager to learn
•    Team player with excellent intercultural and interpersonal skills 
•    Written and spoken English is a must; German language skills would be beneficial
•    First experiences in finance departments would be desired
•    You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months- part time (16-20 h/week)
