What youll do

As a working student (f/m/d) you will be supporting the team and work on approaches to further improve the teams’ operations and the customer experience during the engagement with the S.Factory Walldorf Team.

The tasks comprise, but are not limited to: 

• Oversee and manage video streaming platforms and equipment (NDI, TriCaster) and ensuring smooth live broadcasts
• Conceptualize, produce, and edit videos of the S.Factory use cases
• Develop and maintain an active social media presence, and promoting content for the S.Factory effectively
• Execution of own smaller projects

Preferred start date: May 12, 2025 (min. 6 months)

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Communication Studies, Media Computer Science, business administration and economics
• Computer skills: MS Office, NDI beneficial
• Language skills: Fluent in German & English
• Soft skills: Team player, self-driven, organized, proactive, creative
• Others: Prior experience with SAP Supply Chain Management solutions beneficial
• Onsite attendance in Walldorf mandatory

The S.Factory Walldorf makes the value of SAP solutions for the Digital Supply Chain tangible with real-life, end-to-end scenarios – both for discrete and process industries.

The team provides vertically and horizontally integrated use cases of how SAP helps companies to transform supply chain processes – from Design to Operate.  

Visitors can engage hands-on in a realistic shop floor setup with an extensive SAP landscape and real machine integration, gaining insights about how they can optimize their enterprises and make the digital supply chain everyday reality.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
