We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied internship in the area of Retail Network Development - BMW Motorrad. Join our team and support the planning and management of exciting international projects, primarily within the Customer Satisfaction team, as well as in Retail Dealer Development and Network Strategy at BMW Motorrad.

What awaits you?

• A wide range of tasks and insights into retail development in an international environment.
• Managing projects and conducting data analyses in close cooperation with international subsidiaries and central BMW Group departments.
• Your work will include the management of smaller projects and data analysis in close cooperation with BMW Motorrad departments, sales regions and their global markets, as well as the relevant interfaces within the BMW Group.
• Preparing presentations and communication documents, as well as organizing committees and workshops.
• A high degree of personal creative freedom in a dynamic environment completes your job profile.

What should you bring along? 

• Studies in economics, business informatics, business administration, communication sciences, marketing and sales, market research, cultural studies, psychology, or sociology.
• A strong motivation for utilizing data analytics and AI.
• Extended communication skills.
• Experience in preparing presentations, communication documents, and workshops.
• Fluent in German and English.
• A motorcycle license and/or an enthusiasm for the topics of "retail" and "mobility/motorcycles" are an advantage.
