Your responsibilities

• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Pflege der Dokumentation (Prozesse, Formblätter etc.) für das integrierte Managementsystem.
• Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei Audits/Zertifizierungen inkl. Nachverfolgung der Maßnahmen.
• Unterstützung des Fachbereiches bei der Zusammenstellung erforderlicher Produktdokumentationen sowie der Erstellung von Präsentationen und Schulungsunterlagen.
• Mithilfe bei der Entwicklung und Pflege von KPIs, inklusive Aufbau eines qualitätsbezogenen Kennzahlenreportings.
• Mitwirkung bei der internen Prüfplanung sowie Erstellung von Prüfanweisungen.
• Vorbereitung von Qualitätsvereinbarungen mit Lieferanten, Nachhalten von Reklamationen sowie Bewertung der Lieferantenperformance.
• Übernahme kleinerer Optimierungs- und Digitalisierungsprojekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachbereich.
• Selbstständige Übernahme von administrativen Themen wie z.B. Pflegen von Urlaubslisten und Qualifikationsmatrizen, Reiseplanung/-abrechnung, Bedarfsanforderungen, Sicherheitsunterweisungen.

Your profile

• Laufendes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Master- oder Bachelor-Ingenieurstudium, vorzugsweise mit Bezug zum Qualitätsmanagement.
• Das Studium sollte noch mindestens 1 Jahr andauern.
• Analytisches Denkvermögen, nachhaltige Umsetzungsstärke und gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen.
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Aufgeschlossenheit.
• Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität bei der Übernahme unterschiedlicher Aufgaben.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
