To strengthen our team in Tübingen near Stuttgart, we are currently looking to recruit a

Working Student (f/m/d) Computational Biology (16-18h/week)

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement computational tools and algorithms for protein design
• Manage and analyze large biological datasets, ensuring data integrity and accurac
• Apply machine learning and AI techniques to predict relevant outcomes
• Document and present research findings to the team and stakeholders

Your Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of data management principles
• Experience with machine learning and AI techniques
• Understanding of protein structure and function
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar
• Experience with protein design software and tools
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and tools
• Previous research experience in computational biology or bioinformatics
• Fluency in English, written and spoken German skills
