What You Can Expect:

As an International HR Working Student, you will be a part of our HR Strategy Projects team and work internationally for the whole Rhenus Overland Transport division. With your active support, you will help the implementation of different international HR projects and initiatives.

• To support our HR systems integrations and implementation, you will be responsible for data gathering and collaboration with local stakeholders.
• You will also prepare and communicate analysis of HR related data.
• In addition, you will take part in our internal communication strategy, support its deployment by creating templates and content for different communication channels.
• More generally, you will be involved in other international HR projects, such as Employee Engagement, HR Analytics...

What You Bring:

• You are studying towards a Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, management or data analytics, or any other relevant fileds.
• Ideally, you already gained first practical experience in HR in an international environment.
• You demonstrate high MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge, any other data analytics and presentation tools are a plus. Knowledge of Workday HR Platform is an asset.
• You show strong attention to detail, proactiveness and agility.
• You speak English to C1 level, any other European language to a proficient level is beneficial.
