Internship Analytical Development in Cellular Therapeutics (All Genders)
We are implementing 3D microscopy and various cell-based assays to characterize Cellular Therapeutics and are looking for new team members as part of a student internship. As a member of the Analytical Development function within the Biotech organization of Bayer Pharma, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience in cell biology and imaging technology to advance analytics and ensure quality control of new biotechnological products.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Optimize and perform image-based innovative methods for the characterization of Cellular Therapeutics
- Apply advanced cell culture techniques
- Develop and validate new assays for cellular analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals
- Document and present experimental results in a clear and concise manner.
WHO YOU ARE
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in biology or a comparable field of study
- You are experienced in cell culture and microscopy
- You are proficient in data analysis and interpretation
- You are able to foster open dialogue and enjoy teamwork
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; German is a plus
Duration of the internship is at least 6 months. We look forward to your online application by end of April, including CV, cover letter and record transcript.
