Unterföhring: Intern Data and Analytics Squad PMO (m/f/d)

Are you looking for an interesting experience in IT project management? Here is your chance to become a part of Allianz Technology, where you can take over the role of the squad PMO and help in managing innovative Data and AI projects.
Our squad's goal is to provide Workplace product teams with data and analytics solutions at scale. You can be a part of the Data and Analytics squad's journey by contributing ideas and suggestions on how to optimize the current agile project setup (in terms of process, tools, documentation, etc.) to scale our Data and AI offerings.

What you do

• Assist in defining the squad's portfolio by stating scope, goal, roadmap, risks, dependencies, etc.
• Support in prioritizing as well as forecasting squad's tasks and activities
• Quality assurance and refinement of project and process documentation
• Manage squad's SharePoint and Confluence spaces
• Determine areas for improvement by analyzing various aspects of the process
• Communicate project updates, outcomes, and deadlines to the different stakeholders via regular communication
• Create project-oriented presentations for senior management

What you bring

• Knowledge of project management and agile methodologies, with at least 1 year of working experience in project management
• Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams, and MS 365 (Excel, PowerPoint)
• First touchpoints with Data Analytics is a plus (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive team worker, and excellent analytical skills
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Management, and available for an internship (4-6 months full-time)
