YOUR TEAM

To support our HR Operations & Payroll team, we are currently looking for an intern or working student. In your role you get first-hand experience in HR Service and Payroll Operations and will be an integral part of the team that works on flexible and customer-oriented services. Our team consists of both, technical and functional specialists to provide highly efficient solutions for our customers in the domain and CARIAD overall. Our mission is to provide more time for coding for our developers by delivering HR solutions and services within CARIAD to enhance employee experience and operational excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support the preparation and implementation of HR projects as well as the preparation of presentations and reports
• Assist the preparation and review of payroll
• Collaborate with the payroll department to clarify questions and issues
• Maintain and update employee data in the HR system and assist in the management of personell files and documents
• Support the reference letter process, including the processing of inquiries from employees and managers and the creation of reference letters
• Support the HR Business Partners in the parental leave process
• Create and analyze HR statistics and reports

WHO YOU ARE

• Enrolled student in the field of Human Resources, Economics, Social Studies, Labour Law or equivalent field
• First hand experience and demonstrated interest within the field of HR 
• Profound knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Fluent in English and German
• Good interpersonal skills and a team-player-mindset

NICE TO KNOW

• Remote work options within Germany
• Internship/Thesis:
  • Duration: 3 to 6 months
  • 35-hour week
• Working student:
  • Duration: 6 months
  • 20 h/week, up to 35 h/week during semester break
