In the Office Management team, we create the best possible environment for our employees and shape the culture at Trade Republic as well as the office structure. Every day, we implement projects to support Trade Republic's thriving growth. Thinking outside the box and finding solutions that are creative and actionable is what we love. As the first point of contact for employees and guests, our quick thinking is as important as our professionalism. As a working student in Office Management, you too can become the good soul of the office and keep an overview and a cool head at all times. 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Be the first point of contact and business card of the office: welcome guests and employees as the good soul of the office
• Optimize workflows to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
• Create a comfortable and inviting work environment
• Identify problems immediately and find solutions quickly
• Assist in planning small to large events 
• Prepare and follow up on meetings
• Support your team with general assistance activities 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• You speak English and German (don't have to be fluent)
• You have strong verbal and written communication & organizational skills
• You have good people skills with a hands-on mentality
• You like to work on your own initiative, develop ideas, and proactively contribute and implement them
• You ideally have good knowledge in the use of G-Suite programs
