About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Controlling Intern to support our team in key initiatives related to KPI standardization and planning process enablement. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance and controlling within a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation of a KPI Definition Document:
  • Collaborate with Corporate Controlling and other key stakeholders to consolidate, define, and standardize key performance indicators (KPIs) used across the organization
  • Ensure alignment with existing reporting structures and support consistency in performance measurement
  • Support the visualization and formatting of the final document for internal distribution
• Support in Creation of HC and Personnel Expense Planning Training Material:
  • Assist in the development of training materials related to headcount (HC) and personnel expense planning
  • Help collect input from functional experts and translate it into engaging and easy-to-understand content
  • Contribute to presentations, manuals, and possibly e-learning content to support global training rollout

Your Profile:

• Ongoing or recently completed studies in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work independently, show initiative, and collaborate across departments
