Job Description

• During your assignment, you will support the planning and implementation of communication initiatives, both internal and external
• You will assist in creating and preparing content for presentations, speaker engagements, and social media.
• Furthermore, you will manage communication assets and follow-up tasks, such as mailings and documentation
• Finally, you will contribute to the coordination of EU-level social media topics and campaigns as well as actively steer and lead own projects in the communication area.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Communications or comparable with a focus on marketing and advanced studies
• Experience and Knowledge: in the field of Marketing and Communication, proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Personality and Working Practice: a proactive and reliable individual with a structured way of working, who is curious and motivated to grow within the field of communications
• Enthusiasm: enjoys working in a dynamic team
• Languages: fluent in German and English

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 12 months – 10 h/week (extension possible)
