The Audiovisual Content Team is responsible for the expansion, systematization and quality assurance of Deutsche Grammophon's video catalogue. We plan and manage the production, post-production, system integration and exploitation of audiovisual programmes for DG and its streaming service STAGE+.

Here’s your chance to join! Effective immediately, we’re looking for a Trainee (all genders) Audiovisual Content. Initially, it will be a fixed-term full-time position for 1 year.

Depending on your qualifications, you will receive a gross monthly salary of 2,300 for a Bachelor's degree and 2,500 for a Master's degree.

• How an international classical music label in the audiovisual sector works
• What steps are necessary to place audiovisual content on the streaming market
• Your work will be part of the expansion of STAGE+, a new, global streaming platform for classical video and audio content, you will gain insight into the work of all trades involved

Your gig:

• You will support our Senior Manager Postproduction & Editing in the preparation, packaging and archiving of video assets, marketing tools and graphics for the streaming service (STAGE+), websites and social media channels (Facebook, X, Instagram and YouTube) of Deutsche Grammophon
• To this end, you will screen, edit, convert, upscale, color correct and archive existing video material (concert recordings, operas, documentaries, interviews, etc.) and create trailers

We are keen to jam with you if you: 

• You have recently completed your studies in media design or a similar program
• You have some experience in video editing / post-production and are familiar with the common applications (Adobe Creative Suite, Da Vinci Resolve, etc.)
• You are familiar with video and audio formats and technical standards as well as cloud services and online file sharing
• You are characterized by a reliable and conscientious way of working
• You are a team player and quickly gain the trust of colleagues thanks to your integrative, empathetic and communicative nature
• Repertoire knowledge in the field of classical music is an advantage
