YOUR PROFILE

• You are an enrolled student, ideally in the field of economics, communication sciences, or a comparable course of study.
• Empathy, a strong service orientation, and a confident demeanor characterize you.
• You have solid knowledge of MS Office and very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• You impress us with your organizational talent, commitment, and sense of responsibility. You bring team spirit, enthusiasm, and social competence.

YOUR ROLE

As part of our HR team, you will be involved in all processes along the HR lifecycle. You can contribute your own ideas and proactively shape processes. Your tasks include, among others:

• Support in all topics related to recruiting and employer branding
• Participation in the planning and organization of recruiting events and training sessions
• Accompanying the onboarding and offboarding process of team members
• Data maintenance and document creation
• Internal and external communication, both in German and English
