If you answered “yes” to all these questions, we invite you to join us as an Intern for our AI4IT project team with focus on Communications and Change Management.
The AI4IT team coordinates the GenAI adoption within Allianz Technology and has a dedicated team for communication and change management activities. As part of our team, you will work closely with the project lead and colleagues from other workstreams as well as with the Global Corporate Communications team, ensuring that the AI4IT communications is in line with the global communication strategy.
Beyond the operational tasks, you will gain insights into the strategy of one of the world’s largest financial services and insurance companies. Join us and make a real difference with your work.
What you do
• Support the AI4IT change and communication team in all kind of communication activities.
• Assist in developing messages for special internal target groups about AI adoption to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging messaging for employees.
• Create multi-channel content formats (articles, newsletters, podcasts, internal social media posts, external (LinkedIn posts) that engage our key audience and invite interaction.
• Collaborate with Allianz Technology’s Global Corporate Communication Department to align on strategic messages and position AI4IT content in their global channels.
• Organize, support and follow up on events dedicated to the internal AI community.
• Support your team with creative (AI-based) ideas on how to improve existing formats or create new ones.
• Help in administrative tasks such as maintaining the Editorial Calendar, sending email invitations, managing internal meetings.
• Stakeholder Management for various events conducted by the AI4IT Team.
What you bring
• Experience in internal communications, content development, and production
• A proactive and self-driven mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving and a can-do attitude
• Excellent social, networking, and intercultural communication skills, and diligent work ethics,
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (German or any European language is a plus)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaborative tools (e.g., Miro)
• Prior experience in Communications within an international setting and interest for AI as a topic is beneficial
• You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 6 months / 1 year in full-time (38h/week)
