From 15.08.2025 we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for a limited period of 12 months for our Sustainability Supply Chain Management department at the Metzingen site with a focus on social responsibility, social audits and impact-related projects.

What you can expect:

• Support in the monitoring and implementation of HUGO BOSS' human rights due diligence responsibility in the supply chain (Social Compliance Program)
• Support in communication with our suppliers regarding corrective action plans and maintenance of documentation 
• Preparation of analyses and reports for the Social Compliance Program (reporting)
• Answering email enquiries from internal and external partners
• Collaboration on projects and preparation of presentations

• Conducting and analyzing surveys with our suppliers regarding social sustainability aspects

Your profile:

• You are enrolled during the entire period of the working student position
• You have focused on sustainability related topics in your studies/work experience
• You have an intrinsic motivation for sustainability topics
• Affinity for numbers
• knowledge in the creation of reports 
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to the needs of the company
• Very good written and spoken English skills
