The role:
Join us in accelerating digital sales by supporting key initiatives across our B2B Proshop and Sales Consultation App. You’ll help boost platform adoption, assist in optimizing the customer journey, and contribute to impactful digital campaigns. Be part of driving innovation by supporting content creation, performance tracking, and continuous improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions and functions to align efforts and support seamless execution of digital initiatives.
What you will do:
- You support digital adoption initiatives for the B2B Proshop and Sales Consultation App by assisting with campaign execution, promotion implementation, user tracking, and performance reporting – for example, by helping brief and implement content for new product launches.
- You assist in improving the user experience by gathering feedback, testing digital touchpoints, and supporting UX/UI enhancement projects.
- You conduct competitor monitoring and research on emerging digital trends to generate insights that support strategic decisions and ongoing platform development.
- You work closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment on digital priorities.
What you will need:
- You are in at least the 3rd semester of your studies, ideally with a focus on online marketing, communication, economics or media studies
- You have already gained some experience in internships, preferred in the digital area
- You have very good MS-Office skills, especially in Excel and Powerpoint
- You have very good written and spoken English skills
- Your actions are characterized by an analytical way of thinking as well as an independent and structured way of working
- You follow trends, are interested in new cosmetic products and have an affinity for digital topics
- You have a strong technical affinity and enjoy working with digital tools and platforms. At the same time, you bring creative skills
