Berlin: Supply Chain & Operations Intern (m/f/d)

About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated Supply Chain & Operations Intern (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and support its operational efficiency and supplier engagement strategies.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on optimizing business processes and supporting operational execution, and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects across supply chain, procurement, and growth.

In this role, you’ll:

• Support the design and development of business processes, working with the engineering team to drive automation and efficiency
• Build reliable, long-term customer relationships through clear communication and high-quality work
• Identify and engage with potential suppliers and service providers to support user acquisition and transaction growth
• Manage third-party communication to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Contribute to daily operational tasks and support cross-functional business success
• Collaborate closely with the Growth and Procurement teams

Your Profile

• You are currently enrolled at a university or recently graduated and looking to gain experience in a fast-paced, venture-backed environment
• You’re studying logistics, operations, or supply chain — or you have a business background with a strong interest in operational topics
• You are highly motivated, curious, and have a solution-oriented, hands-on mindset
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in English, with German and/or French being a strong plus

Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlinoffice of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
