Responsibilities

·       Assist in creating and updating sales enablement content (e.g., battle cards, pitch decks, product one-pagers, competitive analysis)

·       Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to align messaging across campaigns and sales tools

·       Help organize and maintain the internal knowledge base for the sales team

·       Support onboarding and training processes for new sales team members

·       Participate in cross-functional projects between marketing, product, and sales departments

·       Conduct market and competitor research to improve content relevance and effectiveness

·       Track and report usage and effectiveness of enablement materials using internal tools

Requirements

·       You are currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields)

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·       Comfortable using PowerPoint, Excel, and other MS Office or Google Workspace tools

·       Interest in B2B software, sales strategy, or marketing

·       Proactive, creative, and eager to learn

·       Prior internship or working student experience in marketing, sales, or communications is a plus

·       Contract location would be Göppingen, Germany

·       Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, 1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and 1,400 for an internship position.
