Your Responsibilities
- Manage high-impact projects end-to-end: Manage and drive the successful implementation of your projects, collaborating with stakeholders from different departments and ensuring measurable business impact.
- Empower our teams through data: Help different teams at Finn tackling daily challenges and gaining deep insights into business problems and their impact on our company objectives.
- Own key steering processes: We’re always striving to improve our setup - help us build the best version of FINN by taking ownership of key steering processes and continuously driving improvements that enable a smoothly running organization.
- Work at the intersection of Business, Data and Tech: Work with business leaders, product managers, data analysts and engineers to align tech initiatives with business goals and turn insights into action.
Your Profile
- You are pursuing a degree in analytics, economics, business, industrial engineering, or a related field at a top university.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and hands-on with a strong eagerness to learn.
- Meticulous attention to detail, paired with a highly analytical mindset, and bias for action.
- Proficiency in data analytics, with a high level of comfort working with numbers and translating analysis into actionable business insights.
- Experience with BI Tools and SQL is a plus.
- Previous experience in consulting, startups, or another fast-paced environment.
- Availability of 4-6 months.
- Fluent in English or fluent in German.
