Job description

•Building and developing the EUROPE Innovation Circle,
•Developing and facilitating the community,
•Providing meaningful methodology to identify needs to improve, connecting the dots with IT solutions,
•Co-designing innovation process with community members and implementation,
•Supporting and actively participating in innovation workshops,
•Benchmarking best practices across-industry and cross-industries,
•Structure Market Intelligence (MI) Reports – providing actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making,
•Monitoring daily market movement and insights across-industry,
•Driving internal survey of MI needs,
•Supporting the preparation of management meeting presentations.

Applicant's profile

•Currently enrolled to Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Innovation Management, Change Management, Organizational Development, or related field,
•Analytical mindset with the ability to make sense of complex data and translate it into actionable insights,
•Self-starter with a “get-things-done” mentality,
•Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with different stakeholders,
•Curious, open-minded, and excited to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment,
•Excellent MS Office Suits skills,
•Fluent in English (German, French or any additional language is a plus).
