Are you a strong communicator, curious, and interested in getting your first experience in Sales Development?
Then join our team and support us as a Working Student (m/f/d) in Sales Development !

Together, we work on identifying and qualifying new customer contacts – and give you the chance to help shape our sales processes.

Your tasks:

  • Inbound lead qualification:
    You help handle incoming requests, analyze customer needs, and schedule first meetings with potential clients.

  • Support in outbound process:
    You research target customers and decision-makers, and support direct outreach via email, LinkedIn, or phone.

  • Organizing and maintaining sales information:
    You organize information (e.g., FAQs, product materials) clearly and update our internal systems.

  • Support for webinars and events:
    You help organize, communicate, and follow up on digital events and webinars.

  • CRM and documentation:
    You help maintain our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), create reports, and support handing over leads to the Sales team.

Your profile:

  • Currently studying in business, management, marketing or a related field

  • You enjoy communication, understand customer needs well, and act professionally

  • You work in a structured and reliable way

  • Interest in sales topics; first experience in sales, customer service or marketing is a plus

  • Very good German and good English skills (spoken and written)

  • Confident with MS Office; first experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus
