Your responsibilities

• Erlernen der Spezifika der Personalarbeit in einem dynamischen Produktionsumfeld
• Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung des Personalbereichs
• Mitarbeit in den Bereichen Personalbeschaffung, -betreuung und reporting sowie Umsetzung personeller
  Einzelmaßnahmen (Einstellungen, Versetzungen und Betriebsratsanhörungen usw.)
• Erstellen, Auswerten und Bearbeiten von Präsentationen, Analysen und Recherchen
• Vorbereitende Tätigkeiten der Entgeltabrechnung (Erfassung, Überprüfung und Vorbereitung lohnrelevanter Daten wie
  Personalstammdaten, Arbeitszeiten, Abwesenheiten etc.)
• Konstruktive und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat

Your profile

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen (z.B. Praktika) in operativer, konzeptioneller und/oder strategischer Personalarbeit
• Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozial- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht und ein gutes Zahlenverständnis
• Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP, Paisy, GFOS
• Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise, Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke
