Support our Warehouse team in Estenfeld with the data upload into our IT systems as a Working Student (f/m/x) (20h/week).

With your daily efforts, you will help to ensure that clinical trials are conducted more quickly, enabling our customers to bring vital medicines to market faster.

Even if you have no experience in the world of clinical trials, we will be happy to show you the ropes!

What You'll Be Doing

• Your main task will be to check smartphones for data, organise it and upload it to our system

• Helping out with various other warehouse activities (e.g. unpacking or shipping)

• After training, also booking data to our ERP systems

• Accurate working style - Especially for routine tasks

• Flexibility - Helping out in the warehouse from time to time

• Good knowledge of English and German will help you to communicate with our international colleagues

• Time flexibility to work 20 hours/week on 3 to 4 days at our Estenfeld site (possible working hours: daily between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.)

Unterstütze als Werkstudent (f/m/x) (20h/Woche) unser Lagerteam in Estenfeld bei dem Upload von Daten in unsere IT-Systeme.

Trage mit deiner täglichen Leistung dazu bei, dass klinische Studien schneller durchgeführt werden und unsere Kunden so lebenswichtige Medikamente zügiger auf den Markt bringen können.

Was Du Tun Wirst

• Deine Hauptaufgabe ist es, Smartphones auf Daten zu überprüfen, sie zu ordnen und in unser System zu übertragen

• Flexible Aushilfe bei diversen anderen Lagertätigkeiten (Bspw. beim Entpacken oder Versand)

• Nach Einarbeitung auch Buchen von Daten in unsere ERP Systeme

Was Wir Suchen

• Genaue Arbeitsweise - auch bei Routinetätigkeiten

• Flexibilität - um auch mal im Lager mit anzupacken

• Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse helfen dir bei der Kommunikation mit unseren internationalen Kollegen

• Zeitliche Freiräume, um die 20 Stunden/Woche an 3 bis 4 Tage an unserem Estenfeld Standort zu arbeiten (möglicher Arbeitszeitraum: täglich zwischen 8 und 16 Uhr)

• Längerfristiges Arbeitsverhältnis über mehrere Semester
